四、 培训内容：
TESOL Course 1:
1Approach Design and Procedure in Teaching ESL Course:
Introduces current trends in language teaching, highlights practical, innovative applications of research in language learning and teaching and teaches fundamentals of lesson planning, materials selection and curriculum development for the second language classroom

TESOL Course 2:
2Pedagogical Grammar Course:
Examines the underlying structure of the English Language and presents up to date in the teaching of English grammar and its accompanying structural linguistic components.

TESOL Course 3:
3Testing and Evaluation for Teaching ESL Course:
Methods of assessing proficiency in speaking, understanding, reading, and writing a second language and examines adequacy of traditional evaluation methods as well as procedures in test construction and evaluation.
